Give your child the gift of comprehensive, preventive care, all for one affordable price. The Healthy Smile Protection Plan is not an insurance plan and is only available to patients of record at Treehouse Children’s Dentistry. This is only available to patients without another dental insurance and will become void, without refund upon the purchase of another dental insurance plan.

Includes:

2 dental hygiene visits a year including oral exams and x-rays
Fluoride included on children 13 and under
Intraoral camera exam and oral cancer screening
20% off periodontal disease care
20% off all dental lab procedures: crowns, dentures, bridges, partials
20% off all general dentistry procedures: fillings, extractions
20% off additional intraoral x-rays
